But this not at all end the competition as HTC and Samsung are now bringing more to the display.  iPhone 4S only comes with 512RAm while now-a-days Samsung Smartphones are coming with 1GB of Ram which is really a worthwhile.

Samsung Nexus Prime will be the big competition for this phone as Samsung stated that “Something Big” will come. And we expect that big device will be Samsung Nexus Prime. It will feature 4.65-inch display and will be powered by Android ICS. Other functions are still not known but we expect this phone will really give a huge competition to other Smartphone present today.
