NATO Backs home after the Military Mission in Libya

Days after the capture and killing of former dictator Muammar Gaddafi, the NATO ended its military mission in Libya. NATO expressed satisfaction that it finally ended its campaign on a high.
All NATO Airborne Early Warning and Control Aircraft (AWACS) have returned to their home air base in Gelsenkirchen, Germany on November 1, 2011 today. All other aircrafts, ships and submarines will return home soon.
Meanwhile, the NTC forces have claimed that chemical weapons from the Gaddafi era have been found in Libya. They have sought the international help in securing them. The Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) in the Hague and the United States were notified about the findings.
